Veteran's Choice Program

The Veteran's Choice Program allows veterans to seek and receive care from providers when the local Veteran's Affairs health care facilities cannot provide such service. We are proud to be certified by the Veteran's Choice Program to be eligible to provide acupuncture treatments to veterans. We have experience in improving conditions that are commonly found in veteran patients such as:

• PTSD
• Chronic Pain
• Anxiety
• Insomnia
• Depression

Acupuncture is currently being investigated by the Walter Reed Medical Center in Washington D.C. as a viable treatment modality for PTSD in returning veterans. The military has also started using acupuncture in the battlefield to help with pain. 

Contact your local Veterans Affairs office to obtain authorization for this benefit. Health Net will schedule the appointment and send us the necessary authorization.
